Information you enter
The planning tools let you enter business assumptions, financial estimates, production figures, and an optional agency name. Calculations and report generation happen in your browser, and those calculator inputs and results are not submitted to Direct Clicks Inc.
Downloading a branded report requires an email address. When you request a report, we send the email address and the tool used to HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider. We also store the email address, the tool used, the date and time of the request, and the number of report requests associated with that email and tool in our first-party report records. We do not store the calculator figures or report contents.
How we use report contact information
We use report contact information to record the report request, understand interest in our planning tools, and follow up about Direct Clicks Inc. services. A person may be a current customer, a prospective customer, or another tool user. Report requests are submitted to HubSpot and may create a new contact or update an existing contact there.
The report itself downloads directly to your device. Entering an email does not cause the report to be emailed unless a future version of the tool clearly says otherwise.
Website delivery data
Our hosting and network providers may process limited technical data—such as IP address, device or browser information, request times, and security logs—to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. Their handling of that data is governed by their own service terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
These tools do not set advertising cookies. We record limited first-party, aggregate activity such as the date, tool viewed, guided demo activity, and report downloads. Aggregate analytics do not include calculator entries, email addresses, names, IP addresses, device identifiers, or advertising profiles. Email addresses submitted through a report-download form are stored separately as report contact information as described above.
Sharing and selling
Direct Clicks Inc. does not sell calculator information or report contact information. We may use hosting, data-storage, customer relationship management, email, security, and other service providers that process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction.
Retention and security
We retain report contact information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may use the calculators without entering an agency name or email address. A valid email is required only when you choose to download a branded report. You may ask us not to send follow-up messages by using an unsubscribe option in a message or contacting us through the Direct Clicks Inc. website. Downloaded reports remain on your device until you delete them.
